All plants are freshly imported and therefore not yet established!!! Since these plants must be imported bare-root from Brazil, it is completely normal for any remaining roots to die off after potting. The plants need to develop an entirely new root system.
Dead roots in the pot do not constitute a quality defect!!!!!!!!!!
